Antipsychotic drugs in the Covid-19 vaccines?
I'm not a medicine expert in any way. The only medicines I eat are for migraine, allergy and rosacea, and those I don't eat regularly either, only when absolutely necessary. But, in my counselling profession I talk a lot with people about their worries and a major concern at the moment is the effects of the vaccine. As reported there is an increased risk of embolism with the Astra Zeneca vaccine, so people seem to think Pfizer is the safest option. In my conversations with people who has a spiritual belief it is common to be very sceptic towards the vaccine and according to that group the vaccine is blocking their spiritual connection, that they feel the soul is disconnected or out of reach. Of course I started speculating about what could cause this and the most accessible answer is that antipsychotic drugs have been added to the vaccine. But, as I am no expert in chemistry or medicines in general I wouldn't know how to look for the evidence to support this theory (without devoting weeks/months to studying medicine and chemistry). So yes, I'm lazy and just dropping this bomb here for someone else to investigate, at will of course. By putting forth this theory I don't mean that people who has a spiritual belief or feel connected to their souls are psychotic, but I can imagine antipsychotic medicines could block such a connection. Maybe there is prior research in this area? I found some article about taking a religious approach to mental illness, but not sure that is appropriate here, it evolves more around 'biblical counselling'.
